Elger Bay School Improvement Plan
An annual part of our work here at Elger Bay is to work through an improvement process that asks us to take a look at what we have been doing, what our scores are showing us, and what activities and efforts we can make to improve in ways that positively impact student performance. The resulting document is a document called the Elger Bay School Improvement Plan. It lays out our planned activities and responsibilities during the school year in the content areas of Reading, Mathematics, and Writing.
Many of you have asked, what types of activities and processes do we go through as a staff to improve our performance and support students. In both the December/January newsletter as well as on the Elger Bay website, I have posted a link to the Elger Bay School Improvement Plan. Please look it over. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to sit and discuss parts and/or pieces of the document.
The Elger Bay staff is a fantastic group of educators who are committed to helping ever child reach their full potential. We will continue to work, each day, each moment, to refine our skills, collaborate professionally, and work with our wonderful students and families.
